This once in a lifetime adventure will give you an exclusive picture of life on Antarctica!
sailing round cape horn
Adventure trip to one of the last wild places on earth.

Cape Horn was declared by the NGO “Conservation International” as one of the last wild and pure places in the world. The Chilean government made two national parks in the area, Parque Nacional Cabo de Hornos and Parque Nacional Alberto de Agostini. In 2005 UNEP declared the Cape Horn World Biosphere Reserve.

Be part of a 7 day expedition on the sailing ship ‘Santa María’ with a professional crew, all of whom have spent many years sailing in this spectacular area. The ship sails under Chilean flag and for that reason it is allowed into the legendary Murray Channel. The Murray Channel is famous, not only for its historic places, but also for its incredible flora and fauna.

You will sail through the waters of the Yamana culture and explore the fjords and bays Fitzroy and Darwin. Enjoy the ñirre forests, Magellanic and Rockhopper penguins and, with some luck, encounter the minke whales, orcas, peale’s and black dolphins, all while sailing magnificent Cape Horn!

sailing to antarctica
Adventure trip to the south pole!

Described by Schackleton as “the last great challenge left to man”, Antarctica, the planet's fifth-largest continent, is still today a challenge in many ways.

Every year now, thousands of people visit the white continent and just a few of those can say that they have done it with enough freedom to feel they have visited Antarctica in a personal, intimate way. Accompanied by a professional crew you will have the experience of a lifetime!

Team-work, duties, chores and the traditional sailing spirit are emphasized, encouraged and expected. Participants join the expedition as crew, getting the opportunity to be part of a revival of the ancient art of sailing-based exploration.

You will explore, among other places, Puerto Williams – the southernmost community in the world, the waters of the ancient Yamana (Yaghan) culture, Cape Horn, the legendary Drake Passage, Deception Island and Paradise Bay. On this adventurous trip you will encounter sea lions, Gentoo and Adélie penguins, Humpback whales and possibly Minke whales.
